My name is Rebecca (Bex) Benson

Art has been in my life since I was knee high to a grasshopper and I became fascinated in psychotherapy, neurology and psychology in my 40s, so to combine them all seemed the natural path to take.  Without question, my purpose on this planet is to help others change their lives for the better.

BACP Accredited Professional Integrative Counsellor using the Arts (Level 5)

Diploma in the Therapeutic & Educational Application of the Arts

IATE Certificate in Counselling Skills (Level 2)

NUCO FAA aware in First Aid for Mental Health (RGF - Level 2)

TQUK Certificate in Self-harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention (Level 2)
